Provide access to Jotform account owned by our organization

    Hi,

    We currently use Jotform within our organisation. The employee who had sole access to all of our jotforms has recently left our organisation abruptly and we are now unable to access our data. Is it possible if i provide her email and past log in details you could transfer the information to a new account under my name please?

    It holds really important data relating to policy and procedure feedback for 51 early learning services across our network.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we have no access to login information of the account in the issue. If you can share with us a link to the form created under that account, we can help you locate it. If the account has a paid subscription, please provide with us the following information:

    • Name on the card used:
    • Amount charged:
    • Transaction date:
    • Last four digits of the card:
    • Expiration date of the card:
    • Type of card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.):

    Once we have the requested information, we can change the email address of the account to your preferred email address.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
