How to manage Upload Space?

Dear Support Team,

 I'm writing to inquire about increasing our form space. If I archive a form, does it free up space as if I deleted it? This would allow us to use more forms effectively.

Could you please advise on this matter?

Hi Eng,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Archiving the form does not free up upload space. Technically, when you archive the form, you're still storing the submission data. My recommendation is to download a copy of the submission as well as the uploaded files and after that, you can delete and purge them. Downloading the submission data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format is easy. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
2. Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
3. Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
