Jotform Apps: Private Apps not sending email invitation

    Ive just started creating my first app.

    I have it set to private.

    When i go to test it out as a client, it says that i should receive an email, after I've requested access.


    I have tried this with several email ids now, after i approve the person from my side as an admin, there is no email being sent to them saying access has been approved.

    Access does get granted, but no email gets sent telling them this.

    so ultimately they are waiting for an email that never gets sent, and they don't realize they now have access.

    Could this be corrected some how?

    Hi Sheela,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please check the Invitation section and try resending the email. In the Publish page, go to the Quick Share tab and click the Share with section.

    Please check if it is still pending and try to click the resend invitation link.

    If the issue persists, please share 2 to 3 email addresses that are not receiving the invitation. After we hear back from you, we’ll better understand what’s going on and how to help.
