Switch Payment Method from PayPal to Credit Card

Hello, I want to pay my bill with credit card but it shows me no option other than PayPal.. Please Help

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can only change your payment method if you cancelled the subscription and your account was downgraded to Starter. I see that the account has already been canceled, so you'll just need to wait for it to be downgraded to Starter on July 6, 2024. We can also downgrade the plan immediately so that you can upgrade your account using your new payment method. 

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I didnt cancel it... but please downgrade so I can Pay By Card right now. I dont want to lose my forms, would I lose them if I downgrade?
