I filled out a form to purchase a ticket but I can't access my ticket.

    Hello, I purchased tickets to the I got away tour concert and was never able to receive my tickets

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I believe you've filled out this Form before: I Got Away Speed Pass. I can see that the was created by another user or that form was not from Jotform, it was from another Jotform user and I would suggest contacting the form owner so they can assist you better with this matter.

    To make it clear, we are only providing form builder services which clients can create their form and use it to collect payments, data and so much more using Jotform platform. Since the form was created by another user for their business, we don't have a full control on how their form or business works. The best person to help you on this is the Form Owner. I would suggest replying to the email notification you've received when you submitted the form.
