Upload Space Limit is Still Exceeded

I have an annual bronze package.

But it says You have reached upload space limit.  Upgrade Now

I have basically nothing saved.

Hi Edward,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and found multiple forms with submissions in your trash folder. The submissions are still taking up your upload space. If you no longer need the forms. You can immediately purge them to free up some space. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, select Trash on the left.
2. Select the form/s.
3. Click Purge at the top.
