I wanted to cancel my account, but I have already gotten charged. Can I get that refunded?

Hi Mary,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We can help you with canceling your account subscription and with your refund request. But before we do so, note that once you cancel your subscription and downgrade your account to Starter (Free) plan, the account usage and limits for Starter plan will immediately apply.
You can also cancel your subscription through your Account Settings page, but it should be done on the Desktop version of Jotform, rather than the mobile app. It's easy, let's do it:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.
2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan. Once done, just get back to us so we can process the refund.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I've issued a refund for your last payment. The refunded amount should be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.
