How to calculate total?

need help getting a total score

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking the form you are working on, I can see that you were able to assign values to each choice and added a calculation widget. However, the formula added to the widget was not correctly set. Let me show you how to fix:

1. While in Form Builder, click on the Calculation widget.
2. Click the Gear icon to open the Calculation widget settings.
3. Remove the extra spaces.
4. Click on the plus sign to change it to number.
5. Click Save button.

This is how the formula should look like:

Once you change the calculation in the widget, it should work as expected:

Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
