Square Integration: Square is Listing Jotform's Tax as an Item

    Hello

My form is set up as 5.3% sales tax. In SQUARE, State Sales Tax is listed as an item sold and adding it to gross sales in SQUARE. SQUARE then lists Sales Tax in SQUARE as 0. Why does Square list Jotform's tax setting as an item when it is sent over to Square and includes the tax in gross sales?

    Please Help!

    Hi Thomas,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We have no control over how Square displays the details on the Square dashboard. However, it appears that this is being submitted as a feature request. I've gone ahead and escalated your request as well to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
