Hello!
We are taking applications through JotForm, and one of our applicants currently works for us and has access to our JotForm account. Is there a way to make the form in question only accessible with an additional password? I want to prevent that employee from viewing other's submissions to keep the process fair, but they still need access to the other forms on our account.

Hi Jeremy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can enable Form Encryption to encrypt the Submission Data of a specific form. It's easy, let me walk you through the steps:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Now, in the left panel, click on Form Settings.
- Next, toggle on, Encrypt Form Data.
If you wish to enable Password for your form, you can also do that from Settings. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Now, in the left panel, click on Form Settings.
- Next, click on Show More Settings button.
- Scroll down and tick the Enable Password Protection.
That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
