Account Suspended: Request to reinstate.

I was creating an intake form for my web design business and I had created a field for login credentials and my account was suspended. So we cant have anything like this in our forms?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Form that’s breaking our Terms of Use by collecting login credentials.

I've deleted the offending fields and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now.

You may re-add the same field but use a different term other than Username, Password, Passcode or PIN as our anti-phishing system will detect and suspend your account automatically as these terms are prohibited to avoid phishing.
