Unauthorized Access when accessing the form

I am trying g to register for an event. A link was sent to me but I cannot find the form to fill out. It is a Kaleidoscope Farmers Market form. This is what was sent but it won't open for me. https://form.jotform.com/220116645080143

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It appears that the form's Access Setting is set to Private Form. When a form is set to Private Form, this means that only people who are invited and have accepted the invitation to become assignee(s) can access the form. 

You can either contact the form owner to provide your account access to their form or click the Request Access button to request permission from the form owner. An access request email to view their form will be sent to their email. Check out my screenshot below:

I did contact them hours ago. They sent me the link thru messenger & said to sign up so I was invited.??

Since the form is set to private, the invitation to fill out the form will be received via email. You can reach out to them for more information about the issue.
