Hi Katrina,
The 10 Monthly Signed Documents' is the number of completed signing processes your account can receive every month. This limit applies if you're using Jotform Sign documents. If you've sent a Sign document, it gets signed and sent back to you, then that would count as a completed signing process and would count against your monthly signed documents limit. This is the feature that I am referring to:
However, you can still collect signatures on your form that will be counted against the monthly signed documents limit. All you have to do is to turn off the Jotform Sign Automation feature and signatures collected on the form will be tagged as regular submissions. Let me show you how to disable the Jotform Sign Automation feature:
- In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar, click Settings.
- Go to Jotform Sign tab and toggle the slider to OFF for Enable Jotform Sign Automation.
