I have a product overview PDF that is consistent for all form submissions.
When a lead fills out a JotForm, I want them to be able to download this PDF. Ideally, after submission, they would be redirected to the PDF, which opens in a new tab.
- Can this PDF be hosted by JotForm PDF Editor? If not, how can this be achieved?
- Is it possible to attach a download action or similar functionality to the submit button?
- Or, can I include a link to the PDF in the thank you area? again can this be hosted by Jot?
Most of the documentation I found pertains to form-fillable PDFs, not static documents. Requesting help to understand JotForm's capabilities in this area?

Hi Tim,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can add a download PDF button after submitting the form. You can achieve this by adding action button on the thank you page. Here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Settings.
2. Click on Thank You Page.
3. Then click on Action Buttons.
4. And choose Download PDF.
5. Finally, add the PDF document and click Create.
Here's the final result:

1. Go to Jotform Apps
2. Then click on Create App.
3. Then choose Start From the Scratch.
4. Click on Add Element.
5. Choose Document on the Basic app elements.
6. Upload your own PDF file.
