Hi Kim,

Thanks for using Jotform. Adding a general donation field which you can view on the report is easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element which is located on the left side of the page.
2. Click on the Payments tab, then select which Payment Gateway you wish to use for the donations.
3. On the Payment Settings which is located on the right side of the page when a Payment Gateway is selected, change the Payment Type to Collect Donations.
