how long is form saved?

How long will my incomplete form be saved for so that I can continue working on it? Does it make a difference if I am logging in regularly and making changes vs if it is just sitting untouched waiting?

    thanks!

    Hi Stephanie,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support.  Incomplete submissions can be kept for two months. These drafts are saved in Jotform Tables as incomplete submissions. Keep in mind that drafts not submitted within two months will be automatically deleted.  Let me show you how to check it:

    For the first way:

    • Open your My Forms page and choose your form.
    • In the toolbar at the top of the page, click on Submissions. That's it.

    For the second way:

    • Click on the More menu on the right side of your form.
    • In the Data column, select Submissions.

    • To view the incomplete submission, click on View. That will open the form with the incomplete submission in a new tab:

    • If you want to delete the incomplete submission, click on Delete and confirm the deletion in the popup window that comes up.
    • If you want to delete multiple incomplete submissions at once, select the submissions in the list and click on Delete.

    Hi Stephanie,

Thanks for using Jotform. All forms on your account will remain as long as you do not delete your account, form, and/or submission data, the form and its submission data. You don't have to log in regularly if you wish not to complete your incomplete form yet.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
