CANT LOGIN TO OUR ACCOUNT

    NEED HELP GETTING INTO MY ACCOUNT WE ARE NOT GETTING OUR LEADS

    When I try to reset pw it says email has been sent but does not arrive.

    I have also tried to use the password and it doesnt recognize my pw. i verified the email i shared is correct.


    Please help with this. I need access to the data from my forms

    the email i used to login to jot form is but i cant use that email here to write my ticket because it wants me to login and i cant login to the account

    Hi Anup,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking, I confirmed that the email associated to your account was on the bounce list. I've removed the email address f**an**@g*****.*a from the bounce list. You can now try to reset your password again.

    Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me take you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

    2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

    3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
