Good afternoon, I've noticed that when a jotform is submitted and the integration is complete between the jotform and monday, he received date time stamp is incorrect. After speaking with monday help they suggested reaching out to you? The example below was submitted are 1:20 P.M MST and Monday and Jotform say its 7:08 AM MST. Is there anything we can do to disable this or allow it to be more accurate?

Hi Amanda,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and saw that Monday.com is not integrated yet in the form. Can you integrate it and test it out to see if the time stamp will still be an issue when receiving data? Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, select Settings from the orange navigation bar.
- Go to Integrations.
- Search for Monday.com and click on it to start the integration.
- From the Choose an action panel, select Create an Item and hit Next.
- Once you have authenticated your account, you can start mapping the fields. You can avoid the Submission Date field from your form so it won't be added to the map.
- Don't forget to Save once you're done.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hey Rene, I do have monday and jotform integrated. See image below for our fields, and setup. I also put a link below showing our live jotfrom. Additionally, I've tested it again and the time that shows up in monday as the received date is wrong.

Hi Amanda,
Can you try checking the timezone that is set up on your account and changing it for testing purposes? Changing the timezone of your account is easy. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your cursor on the Profile Avatar icon and click on Settings.
- On the Settings page, click on the Edit button next to the Timezone area. Now, you can choose and set a timezone.
After changing the timezone, test the form again and check if the collected information is changed.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes

We've checked the time zone, and we had the correct one. Denver GMT. After testing, the form was sent at 10:22 A.M, and the form received time is 4:22 A.M. Still not working correctly.

Hi Amanda,
Can you match both Monday.com's timezone and Jotform's timezone once again and see if the issue persists? I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches as an additional aid.
After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

Hi Amanda,
I cloned your form and tried to recreate the issue you mentioned, and I was able to replicate this. I looked into Monday.com's timezone settings and noticed that it seemed to sync with device's timezone. This might cause the time differences that were happening. You can also check out this link to learn more.
As a workaround, you can consider adding the following formula in "Formula" column on Monday.com:
FORMAT_DATE(ADD_MINUTES({Date},360), "MMM DD, hh:mm A")
This should resolve the time differences. You can also change {Date} to your column's name.
If the issue still persists, you can consider contacting Monday's support team on how time is being displayed in their platform.
Let us know if you need more help.
