Growth Grant Application Issue

I was having technical difficulties in submitting the draft application for the Growth Grant. I had uploaded all docs except for one that I had issues with and the deadline 12:00 noon ET came before I could hit the submit button.

Please advise if I can get this fixed.

If I understand correctly, you're trying to say that form submit automatically, it is because the form owner set a deadline for the form, and it submits automatically on a deadline time. If you want to complete the form, you need to ask the form owner to share it again with you.
