My account has been suspended

    I was trying to make the payment but my account has been suspended due to repeating my password for several times. kindly unsuspend our account as all our business depends on the Jotform.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended due to too many credit card attempts. Since you mentioned that it was because of repeating the password for several times, it was flagged by our system and resulted in your account being suspended.

    I've gone ahead and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now. Please double-check your payment information so you won't get suspended again.
