    Hi Erika,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can disable your form at a specific date or upon reaching a specific submission limit. It's easy, let me walk you through the steps:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Now, under Form Settings click on Enabled, click on the dropdown and click on Disable On A Specific Date.
    3. Next, set the Expiration Date and Time and the Warning Message.
    4. Finally, click on Save Button.

That's it. We also have a guide on How to set an expiration date on a form that you can check.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
