How to be able to accept more submissions with signatures?

I started a nonprofit petition to advocate for child care and did this with the starter plan. I didn’t realize this was limited to 10 petition signatures-yikes! What are my options? Will the form still work without the signature be collected? do i need to create a new form without the signature area? how much is the upgrade that will allow us to collect a few hundred signatures for this one form? do you have nonprofit pricing?

    thank you!

    Hi Kristina,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Starter plan Sign Document limit is 10, while the submission limit per month is 100. You can turn off the Sign Automation feature on your form to be able to accept submissions with signatures up to 100 submissions every month. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and in the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Jotform Sign.
    2. Toggle off the switch for Enable Jotform Sign Automation.

You can also upgrade to a higher plan to be able to accept more Sign Document on your account. Since you mentioned that you're a nonprofit organization, you can apply for our Nonprofit Organization discount to get a discount on your subscription.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
