QR Code Generator tool: QR code is not working

Please advise how to fix.

When i go to link on computer the form is there and i can rsvp. So the form hasn't been disabled.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems that you generated a qr code using the QR Code Generator app tool. Since it's not from Jotform, we're not aware if they're having an issue. However, you can check our article on why QR code is not working.

I've cloned your form and generated a code with the one you used, but I wasn't able to replicate the issue. Check out my screencast below:

Can you try generating QR code from Jotform, and see how it goes? Let me walk you through it:

1. In the Jotform Builder, click on Publish on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. From Quick Share, scroll down your mouse at the bottom of the page and click on the QR Code icon.
3. Click on the Download button or click on Copy Code if you want to embed it on your website.
