Forms no longer working. Asked to call sales support.

    Not able to access or receive forms. Being asked to contact support.

    Hi Jennifer,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the link and got the error that it was either invalid or expired. I changed the URL to its default mode and was told that the form is disabled. Check the screencast below for my result:

    Is this your own form? If not, I'd suggest reaching out to the person who provided you the link to get a working one, or have them check what happened to their form.

    Hi jenniferswilliamson42, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After investigating, I found the form and your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named INLAND FRESH SEAFOOD CORPORATION OF AMERICA, INC. that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

    For us to reactivate your account, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending form. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email. 

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
