Suspended account

    Good Morning,

I tried logging into our account and it says it's been suspended. I didn't realize we couldn't have a form for a payment update card or checking account. I'm confused as to why it didn't mention we couldn't have a form as such. I'm the club manager for this Anytime Fitness and would like to have our account reinstated and we will just link our square account instead if that's the way to do it.

    Thank you,

    Hi Cheyanne

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Anytime Fitness Update Payment Info that’s breaking our Terms of Use by collecting credit card information in plain text fields.

In line with our PCI certification, we have to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms. But, we have other PCI-compliant ways you can do this. All you need to do is choose one of the payment processors available on our platform and integrate it into your form. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly, though. If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of our Payment Authorization feature.

If you’ll agree to follow our Terms of Use and let us delete the offending fields mentioned above, we can lift the suspension on your account.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    Hi Cheyanne,

I understand what you’d like to do, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

    Hi Cheyanne,

We've successfully deleted the offending fields on your form, and reactivated your account, so you can access your account again. To prevent this in the future, avoid using a label that might indicate the collection of credit card information. You can follow the suggestion of my colleague, which is to set up a payment processor.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
