Hi Florind,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found out that there is a conflict on the field that is already hidden and your condition to hide it. See screenshot below:
For the field to be hidden you need to delete/disable this condition. Let me show you how:
- In the Form Builder, click on Settings.
- Then, on the left panel select Conditions.
- Hover your mouse over the Condition you want to delete/disable and click on the Gear icon.
- Choose whether to Delete or Disable it.
Check out our guide on how to hide form elements to learn more.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Florind,
When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix by replacing the Submit button. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, select the Submit Button and click the Thrash Can icon to delete it.
2. Add a new Submit button by dragging it to your form next to the Back button.
3. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
4. Click on Conditions in the menu on the left side of the page.5. Click the Pencil icon to fix the previous condition for the deleted button.6. Replace the Missing Field with the last Submit Button. 7. Click Save button.
That's it, doing this will fix the issue on the missing back button on your form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
