Appointment field: cannot book 3 times

    hi, jotform

    my team has been having a problem, for a few times already we cannot book according to available slots. for example, my scalp spa date is blocked after 2 guests, while we already set it to be 3.

    can you help with this fast? because it’s holiday season here and this problem is not nice to have especially during this season. thank you :)

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, I saw that your Maximum Appointments Per Day is set as Unlimited. When I changed the limit and tested it again, it worked fine. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us?     yes it is set as unlimited but every time slot is set to 3 for scalp spa and 2 for body massage ( we have 3 dedicated scalp spa rooms and 2 dedicated massage room). how should i set it?

    I looked over your form, and it seems that you have already specified the maximum attendees per time slot for each of your appointment fields.

    yes i did, the problem is , i set per slot for 3 people, but there were 2 bookings only and it’s already blocked. the form at the same hour should be able to book for 3 but after 2 slots it’s blockes. there is supposed to be one more slot left. this happened yesterday, as well as today.

    Hi byluid,

    Did you check your submission table? Can we send two test submissions to check the issue, after testing the issue we will remove the related submissions right away, so the slot will be free? Also, you can send us a loom video, that will help us to better understand what’s going on.

    However, if you have received more than 3 submissions for a date, the booking option is not visible for that specific date. In this situation, you need to remove that extra booking from your Jotform Tables, then it will free up that slot. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    After 3 submissions for a single time slot, the slot is become unavailable.

    To free up that one space, you need to remove that extra submission from your Jotform Table.

    1. In Form Builder, click on Dropdown icon beside the Jotform Logo.
    2. Select Tables, select the extra submission you want to remove, and click on Delete at the top.
    3. After, deleting the submission, click on Three Dot icon beside the form tab.
    4. Click on Trashed Entries and select the deleted submission.
    5. Finally, click on Delete Forever. After that, your one slot will be available.
