Overlimit: I've already used up all of my Jotform Signed Documents allocations.

    Hello Reshma,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and it appears that you exceeded the signed document limit. Keep in mind that the Starter plan has a maximum signed document limit of 10. When you hit this monthly limit or any of the monthly limits, you can either wait for the counter to reset which happens on the first day of each month, or upgrade your account to increase your limits.

    Since you have a signature field with Jotform Sign enabled, this makes every collected signature legally bound. If you require your respondents to submit the form collecting signatures with Jotform Sign enabled, I suggest upgrading your Jotform plan. If you don't need signatures, you can either leave things as they are until the first of the month, when your Signed document counters reset, or you can disable the Jotform Sign Automation and collect signatures as they are.
