I purchased a product in May from a person/company, received a Jotform invoice via email, but never received the product. I have no way of reaching out or tracking the shipment.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understand correctly, you want to reach out to the owner of the form you've filled out. Is that right? If yes, can you send us the link to the form you've filled out for us to investigate further?

found a phone number that’s not available at this time. I also found an
email address that I just to reach out. I would not have found this info
had I not been searching to add more info. I don’t know how to send a link.
I suppose a week is enough time to get a response.

Hi Marilyn,
Thanks for getting back to us. I checked and found that you've completed a T-Shirt Order Form. In the email you've received invoicing your purchase, you can directly reply to it. The reply to email, is the email of the form owner so by replying to the email you receive you'll be able to reach out to the form owner to confirm and track your purchase.
