Cancel my subs and also reimburse the payment we did done

    Dear Jotform Support,

    Today, we received payment confirmation for our Jotform subscription renewal. However, we'd like to request to cancel our account and receive a full refund.

    We understand from your policy (Section D. 30 Day Money Back Policy) that we are eligible for a refund if we cancel within 30 days of a direct payment to Jotform. Since our payment was made today, June 28, 2024, we believe we fall within this window.

    Would you kindly assist us with canceling our subscription and processing a full refund for the recent payment?

    Hello Andrean,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Note that Jotform's subscriptions are recurring and they will automatically renew and charge you on the same date as the original purchase unless you cancel. Since the last payment was made within our 30 days money back-guarantee, we have canceled the subscription immediately and issued a refund. The refund will be credited to your account within 5 - 7 business working days.
