I had downgraded to free plan but I was still charged

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your account and saw it your subscription was renewed today. We've downgraded your account to the Starter plan and refunded your payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
