Hello,
We have a Jotform account with this email: ceo@xcitehotels.gr, but there is just a problem and we can't invite other users. We created my teams but we can't invite. We cannot use the multi user collaboration.

Hi Dario,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I believe you are referring to the Jotform Teams feature. Our Standard Plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are single-user plans. Please note that the option to invite a team member is only available for Enterprise users:
To upgrade to an Enterprise account, please contact our Enterprise Sales Team. However, you can add the other user as a Collaborator instead. Our Form Collaboration feature will allow the other user to edit your form. You can also share Jotform Tables with other users and assign them as collaborators, allowing them to view and edit submitted data. We also have a feature where you can share your Jotform Inbox with the other user as a Collaborator to allow him/her to edit and comment on the data.
