My account is postmeit
I am having a lot of issues with Google Authenticator and cannot login without it timing out.
Maybe I have my password wrong?
Please can you advise. Should I change my 2fa to SMS and remove Google APP?

Hi William,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Before the login attempt error, what other errors are you getting when trying to log in, after supplying the access code from the Google Authenticator App? If it shows an invalid credential error, then I highly suggest you reset your account password, as you're maybe entering an incorrect password. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. I've also flushed your account's login attempt as a precaution.
