How can I create folders for different answers

Dear Team,

Greetings!

Can I create various subfolders for the same Job form. For example I want my responses to get categorized in 1. Java Developer 2. QA Engineer etc.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please explain your concern in a bit more details? So we can better understand it and guide you correctly on it. Do you want the subfolders to be created on the Submission table?

It is possible to create a filter on the submission table based on specific field responses. Let me show you how you could create a filter on the submission table :

• Choose the Filter button and click on Choose a Field, then select a field to filter.
• Fill in (or select) the value to filter in the third input box and click on Apply Filter.

In the screenshot below, you can see an example of a created filter:

As you can see in the screenshot above, the entries will be automatically filtered based on the Name field input once Apply Filter is clicked.
