Hi there,
I'd like to download all the images that I uploaded to this form: https://form.jotform.com/91122341457854
I followed some of the other suggestions from your support, but no luck. I do not get the 'download' Icon under the submission:-
Could you please explain to me step by step how to achieve this?
Thanks,
Effie

Hi Effie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and found that you're using the Image Choice element. Do you want to only download the selected images? That only works if you use the File Upload element.
This has the option to download only the attachments.
If you want to get the images of each submission data from Image Choice element, you'll have to download the whole submission. Let me walk you through it:
- In the Jotform Tables, select the submissions that you want to download.
- Click on the Three Dots icon on the upper right side of the page.
- Hover your mouse over Download, and click on Download as PDF.
Here is the result:
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks Lorevie,
It wouldn't allow me to download attachments, only PDFs or Excel files, but never mind, I only had 16 images, so I managed to download them manually (one at a time) through the Chrome browser 'inspect Element tool '
