Hello,

I need the email subject to show exactly the type of question that customer request. for example General Enquiry/Returns and Exchanges/Order Inquiry
How can I do that?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you tell us more about what you want to happen? When I cloned your form, it appears that you already have the “customer request” field set as the email subject. Check out my screenshot below:
When I made a submission test, this is what it looked like in my notification email:
