Requesting for the documents receipt of a filled out form

I paid 107$ for a ESA certification and did not receive any documents..

Got an email saying I got approved for ESA certification, but do not have access to the documents at all

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you receive an Autoresponder or confirmation email from the form owner, I advise contacting them directly by just replying to the email you received. You can request the form owner to give you access to the documents.
