    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Indonesian Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in Indonesian, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Formulir that was tagged as phishing. We understand that this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

    I did check your form, and it looks like the tagging was a false positive, so I reactivated your account and whitelisted the form. You should be able to log in now.

    Hi Muhammad,

    There are a number of possible reasons why your email address was added to the bounce list. It could be due to a non-existent/inactive email address, your mail server being unavailable, your email server has rejected the emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full or Jotform is on your blacklist.
