Required fields are not saved

    Dear Sir/Madam,


    I created one form and added the fields to be all required. However after checking the form after a few weeks, these fields are not labelled as required. I will be using this form frequently in July 2024.


    Kindly advise if there is any way i can just save my work and it does not change after that?

    Hi Sona,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and see that some fields have not been set as required yet. It's easy to do. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, right-click on the field and select the Require option.

    I've also cleared your form's cache which ensures that your form configuration are applied to its live version. We also have a guide on How to Set a Required Field that you can check out.
