    We manage several groups and clubs website and this includes fforms on the website which we often have to make changes to. We set up the accounts for them and mange as requested.

    If we can not add our mobile to more than one account this will cause problems.

    Often the members of these groups and clubs are volunteers and not available to give a code at the time we require it.

    Will two factor be optional? If not you will need to allow the same mobile to be used on more than 1 account, otherwise we will not be able to use Jot Forms.


    The website link below is our business website, but we do not charge NFP's for our services.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. 2FA or Two factor authentication is optional and can be disabled to enabled on your account security settings. Let me show you how to find it:

    1. On your My Forms Page, click on your Avatar, then select Settings.
