When somebody signs up for the course, using Jotform to register, I want to send a series of emails to check on their course progress. It can be the same form, but sent at regular intervals.
For example, on the 4-weeks from registration, send an email, then on 8 week,s then on 12 weeks.
How can I send these emails or maybe create a form based on the registration to send 3 emails at regular intervals?

Hi Marlene,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This is possible by setting a schedule for your autoresponder email alerts. Here's where you can find this:
- Edit your form and go to Settings
- On the left panel select Emails
- You can either create a new email alert or you can just open your existing one
- Next, go to Advanced
- Under Send Email Later, you can choose either the pre-defined values or you can select a date picker field in your form to use it as a sending date
- Don't forget to save your settings by clicking the save button at the bottom
Once you have set this up, it should schedule your email alert to send on a specific date.
