Email alerts: How to send series of emails.

When somebody signs up for the course, using Jotform to register, I want to send a series of emails to check on their course progress. It can be the same form, but sent at regular intervals.

For example, on the 4-weeks from registration, send an email, then on 8 week,s then on 12 weeks.

How can I send these emails or maybe create a form based on the registration to send 3 emails at regular intervals?

    Hi Marlene,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This is possible by setting a schedule for your autoresponder email alerts. Here's where you can find this:

    1. Edit your form and go to Settings
    2. On the left panel select Emails
    3. You can either create a new email alert or you can just open your existing one

    4. Next, go to Advanced
    5. Under Send Email Later, you can choose either the pre-defined values or you can select a date picker field in your form to use it as a sending date

    6. Don't forget to save your settings by clicking the save button at the bottom

Once you have set this up, it should schedule your email alert to send on a specific date.
