Email confirmation after signing waiver

    Once customers sign my waiver form through the QR code, I would like them to receive a copy of what they've signed by email. How do I set this up?

    Hi Irene,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I believe you're referring to this form. I checked your form and saw that you've already set up an Autoresponder email, however, the form doesn't have an email field yet. Let me help you add that to your form.

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element button on the left side of the page.
    2. Drag and drop the Email field into your form.
    3. Click on the gear icon to open properties.
    4. Under the General tab, toggle the Required option to On.

    1. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left, select Email.
    3. Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder email and click the pencil icon to edit.
    4. Under the Recipient tab, replace the Recipient Email with the Email field. Click Save.

    1. On the same Autoresponder email, go to the Advanced tab.
    2. Enable the Attach PDF option by toggling it On.
    3. Select the Default Document to attach.
    4. Click Save to apply the changes.
