    Hi,

I've been informed that my submission limit has been reached. How is that calculated? I understand it to be 100 submissions per month; is that correct? However, I've had 32 June submissions for one waiver and 63 for the other. Isn't that 95 for both? So not exactly sure why it's saying I've reached the submission limit. Thanks for your help.

    Hi Nicki,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your account, your submission count is currently at 101/100. You would have to wait till the next reset schedule which you can find on the Usage page. Let me show you how to navigate to it:

    • Click on your Avatar in the upper right corner of the page.
    • Click on Settings.
    • On the left-side panel of the page, click on Usage.
    • It will redirect you to your Usage page. You can then see when your monthly limits will reset.

If you need to increase your limit, you can upgrade to a higher plan. You can check the complete details on Jotform's Pricing page.

Another option to increase your limits for free is to do some tasks which you can find here.

We also have a guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.
