Campaign not submitting

    Hello!

    I have a campaign I've tried to submit for several times and when I hit the submit button it says Jotform can't connect but the order does show up in submissions but I also get no confirmation email.

    The campaign is under West: New Order- Audience Targeting/Extended Reach for Carthage Technical Center.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. I've cleared your form cache as a precaution. Also, you can clear browser caches or try to fill out the form on another browser. If the issue persists, you may take a screenshot of the console report and send it to us.
