Send notification email to a different recipient.

Hi how can I get the alert when someone signed my form to be sent to a different email address? Right now it goes to our texquest email I would also like another person alerted that a document was received.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can Carbon Copy other recipient, it will also send notification once Sign Document is sent and when it is signed. Let me show you how to send your Sign Documents to another recipient:

1. In your Sign Builder, click on Send in the green navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Now, click on Send to Sign.
3. Next, click the Options tab.
4. Finally, enter the other email address under CC Recipients.
