I would like to transfer my account to be paid monthly if possible.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll do my best to help you. I've checked out your account, and it is schedule to be downgraded on the 28th -06-2024. You can upgrade to the monthly plan. I noted that payment was declined. Do note that if you switch to the monthly plan, your legacy plan will be removed. In order to get the legacy pricing and privileges, you must stay on the same plan.

What are the limits on submissions per month for the monthly plan? -

And is there pricing? I could only see pricing based on it being annual.

Hi Rinchem,
If you're going to switch to the same Silver Plan but with a monthly subscription, all the features will still be the same. The only things that will change are the frequency of the payment (from Yearly to Monthly), and the price you'll be paying for each month. Unless you will be getting a different plan (e.g., Bronze or Gold), then the features will be different based on which you'll choose.
As for the pricing, there should be a toggle button to select whether you want to get the Monthly or Yearly Plan. Check out the screenshot below:
Can you check it on your end if these options are showing up? You can click on this link to get to the Pricing page. You can also click on Pricing from your account's My Forms page to get there.

It appears I have a different page since I have a legacy plan I do not see a way to toggle this to monthly -

Once I selected the button to downgrade I did get the option to switch, thank you for the help.
