Import Data Error - not connecting

    Hello,


    I typically import data at the end of each month. Last month and again this month I'm having issues getting into the Import Data portal.


    I select the "Import Submissions Now" button which used to take me to a log in screen. Now it just goes to a blank pop up box and sits with no movement.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tried accessing the Import Data Tool and I was able to proceed. See my screencast below:

    Have you tried accessing it using another browser or device? Can you also try to Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser? Clearing your browser's cache regularly can help your computer run optimally and can help fix certain problems.

    Unfortunately I have cleared my cache and cookies with no luck.

    I also moved to Edge with no luck.

    When I cleared the cache it brought up the popup box to login but then went to a white screen.

    Hi Leslie,

    Can you make sure that your internet is stable? I also tried to use the Import Data Tool and it's working as expected. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    Is this happening to all browsers? Can you send us a screenshot of your console log report when the issue happened? This guide will show you how to do that.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    I am having this issue in chrome and Edge.

    Hi Leslie,

    Thanks for the screenshot. I appreciate it. I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.

    Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    I appreciate that. I don't know if this matters, but I am able to access the Import Form through my iPhone.

    I was able to submit my .csv file. It gave me a Fatal Error message, but all of my submissions are appearing.
