You can actually use the Approval Flow feature of Jotform. Jotform Approvals allows you to set up an approval flow for your form without adding multiple fields, setting up multiple email alerts, or creating complicated conditions. You can create an approval flow from the Form Builder or My Approvals page. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, go to Settings at the top.
2. Go to Approval Flows on the left.
3. Select Create an approval flow.

4. This will open the approvals builder with a basic one-step approval setup.
