I cannot set up new password to receive documents .

Hi Eric,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and found that you are using a guest account, so I cannot look for the form that you are referring to. Can you provide me the form URL so we can help you more? Here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Publish tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Click on the Quick Share tab on the left side of the page.
- Click the Copy Link button on the Quick Share window.
