I can’t log back in. My forms are gone. And I can’t get a password reset email sent???

Yes the email is ThePropertyManagmentGroup@Outlook.com
The apps still work but I can’t log into the account?

I have checked the email address ThePropertyManagementGroup@Outlook.com, and I can only see a Guest account associated with this email address. Can you share the username or form link, so I can try tracking the account?
